Roaster Description
Sourced from La Bolsa, a well-established farm in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, this coffee represents the country’s reputation for vibrant yet balanced flavour.
Grown from Bourbon and Caturra varieties and processed using the washed method, it offers a clean and structured cup with a bright, refined profile. The washed process involves removing the fruit before drying, which highlights the coffee’s natural clarity and complexity.
Carefully roasted to bring out its balance and depth, this coffee is ideal for those who appreciate precision and freshness in the cup.

Why we love Lindfield Coffee Works
“"If you're after something with a bunch, Lindfield might be right up your street"”

Their roastery houses their production facility where they roast all their coffee in small batches, sourcing beans from ethical producers around the world, including direct-trade partnerships with two farms in Colombia.
We love Lindfield for their bold flavours, so if you're after something with a bunch, Lindfield might be right up your street! Each roast has its own distinct profile so check the tasting notes and descriptions to help you choose.
