Processing Time

We're committed to delivering the freshest coffee possible. To ensure your beans arrive at peak freshness, we order directly from our roaster partners after you place your order. This means your coffee is roasted specifically for you.

Please allow 5-7 working days for processing and delivery. This includes time for roasting, packing, and shipping.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 2-3 working days after dispatch
  • Total time from order to delivery: 5-7 working days

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with Royal Mail.

All orders include free delivery to UK addresses.
